About Us

Jason Gish is one of the most seasoned members of the Testronic team. Joining in 2003 as a QC tester, Jason has held various testing, sales, and management positions at Testronic over the years and now applies his experience as President of Testronic’s Film and Television division. He and his team are focused on adding new services as well as innovating within our current offerings.

Maria joined the Testronic team in 2018. With many years of business development & sales experience selling to the Media & Entertainment industry, and a passion for client success, Maria is responsible for expanding our Film and Television division into the US and South American markets.

Erick Lerma joined Testronic in 2006. With 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, a Master’s Degree in Business and Accounting, and through a team approach; he partners with both the executive and management team to drive and achieve the organization’s financial and operational objectives. To recognize his accomplishments in his field, Erick was awarded Controller of the Year by the Institute of Finance and Management during their annual Controller’s Summit.

Siana joined Testronic in July 2004 as a quality control technician. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Operations, Siana oversees operations across the business, driving efficiency, flexibility, and quality, all with an emphasis on providing the best possible service to the client. Siana implements leadership, as opposed to management, at all levels, enabling mentorship and improvement of process and staff to encourage personal and career growth for all who seek it. She considers it an honor to work with such a talented, dynamic team.

Joining the Testronic team in 2010, Beau is the process owner for Film & Television workflows. Beau works closely with our Sales team onboarding all new clients, establishes workflows based on client needs, and manages technology direction for the Film & Television division.

Ken Kiers joined Testronic in August 2019. Throughout his 20+ year career, Ken has streamlined post-production processes that have enhanced team initiatives and delivers multi-million dollar projects for the industry’s top-tier, high-profile studios.

Mary has been a member of Testronic since 2004. Mary, participated in the original creation of the Film and Television department for QC services in Poland. Starting as a tester, she has worked her way up through the Testronic ranks to become head of operations. Mary is currently leading a growing, succesful and dynamic team from our facility.

Anna Dawid joined Testronic as a Tester in 2005 and since then has been taking active part in development of Film and Television department in Warsaw. These days, being a Project Manager, Anna is involved with digital content and optical media QC projects. Anna also manages a successful team of experienced technicians.

Kamil Ksiezopolski has joined Testronic’s Film & TV division in 2011 as a Tester. He gained experience and understanding of testing and operational processes by working as a Planner and Coordinator, which helps him to efficiently lead the Platform/OTT testing team as Project Manager.

With over 15 years of experience in QA, Aleksander is currently serving as Technical Operations Manager at Testronic Poland. With vast knowledge of QC process, client services, and facility management, Aleksander is making sure that operations at Testronic’s Film & Television department are running like a clockwork, and the facility stays on top of the current trends and technologies, meeting every clients’ demands.
